Since quite a few releases are deployed frequently, it would be great to somewhere have information about which version of n8n is currently deployed. Along with some Debug/System Information this could also help a lot to document bugs and simplify bug-fixing.
My suggestion would be to put that info in the question-mark section of the navigation (or displaying it somewhere in that toolbar.
