Edit Fields Node - what am I doing wrong?

I am using the edit field node and I don’t know what I am doing wrong. The second value just doesn’t appear:

I tried all sort of stuff but not getting it work. I am on Running version n8n@1.101.2 (latest and greatest)

You need to understand about object type later.
For your case, simply add square bracket [ before {{ and ] after }}
Also you need to change from Object, to Array mode

Thanks for your quick response but that’s not my issue. My problem is that a perfectly fine value is available in the input but the node cannot parse it. It just says “undefined”. Even if I go to an earlier node and get it from there it says it’s undefined.

Ah! I got it.
So, you’re using append mode in your Merge node which is make the object separated by array.
(It’s kinda weird tho) Maybe it is a bug?

instead, you can use Combine mode with using combine by the position of node.

I came to the same conclusion and combined these. But still funky tbh that this doesn’t work. Thanks for taking the time and look at this. Highly appreciated.
