As far I understand… in a voice conversation, your 11labs agent(custom tool/mcp) calls the n8n agent (trough a webhook) that doesn’t have a memory (difficult to trigger tool in n8n agent without context or strict prompt).
Either attach memory, or remove the n8n agent to test (and split calendar in 2 tools check/create.
Eg: your 11labs agent internally calls the tool, sends the request to n8n agent(and here the n8n AI Agent node MAYBE asks further for more information s).
