Enable custom fields support when creating an Incident in ServiceNow

When creating an Incident there is no option to provide data for custom fields in ServiceNow.

It seems like ServiceNow Create Incident operation doesn’t provide an option to populate custom fields.

Additional Fields section is static, so users are not able to see newly created custom fields.
Both optional and required custom fields are not being shown on UI.

At the same time, newly created fields are being shown when using GetAll Incidents operation.

Is there a plan to enable custom fields support when creating an Incident using ServiceNow API?
