Error 403 Linkedin node

Good afternoon, I can connect to LinkedIn (recommended connection as it is for personal use)
However, when creating the post, a credential error appears and my account cannot be accessed

Issues:

  • There was a problem loading the parameter options from server: “Forbidden - perhaps check your credentials?”

Version 1.67.1
Running n8n via n8n

It looks like your topic is missing some important information. Could you provide the following if applicable.

  • n8n version:
  • Database (default: SQLite):
  • n8n EXECUTIONS_PROCESS setting (default: own, main):
  • Running n8n via (Docker, npm, n8n cloud, desktop app):

Hey @Fernanda_Angeloni

Which credential type are you using and which product do you have enabled in LinkedIn?

Hey @Jon

@Fernanda_Angeloni are you using the community network credential or the other one?

The same error - can’t finish connecting account. Use standard connection.

Setup all needed scopes:

Standard connection type for personal account.

After clicking connect account:

Error after consent screen:

Connection added but not connected:

I am facing the same issue. I tried both methodsds (standard & community management) but no luck.

Hey @Mark_S

It looks like you got a 429 error rather than an actual success which would be an issue.

Assuming legacy mode doesn’t work can you try connecting again?

Hey @Shoaib_Zaheer

I connected using all 3 options today on different apps. When you tried to connect which error did you get? What scopes are available in your LinkedIn app as well?
