Error 503 or lost connection

Hey everyone! I am having a error with n8n, every time I enter to n8n 10 seconds later i lost connection, when it comes back I run a workflow but same problem or error 503. Does someone know what is happening???

Did you tried to restart your instance, and check maybe that your workflow loops is not crashing it.

Connect to your Admin Panel, and restart workspace, if this is not working, your workflow is doing that.
