anyone else had this error when adding a tag to a workflow?

using latest docker image.

Problem saving workflow
insert or update on table "workflows_tags" violates foreign key constraint "fk_workflows_tags_tag_id"

Hey @RedPacketSec,

I am not seeing this on 1.31.2, Can you confirm which version you are using as the latest docker image is 1.33.0 but the latest tag is 1.31.2 so I am not sure which of these versions you are using.
