Error connecting to chatgpt

I’m having this problem and I don’t know how to solve it. I didn’t even use the tool properly and this message appears, as if I had used it several times. The only thing I did was connect to Outlook and then call ChatGPT (at the stage where the message appears).

How much do you pay for chatgpt? Rate Limits go up as you put more money into the service. There are tiers. Try reducing your request or executing it less. You can only really wait for limits to go away.
