Eslint rule to check filename and group name

I think that we can create a new eslint rule that checks the filename, and checks the groups of .node.ts

Ex: I have my own custom node: WooviTrigger.node.ts

So in this file, the group array should have the trigger item

What do you think about this?
Do we have something like this?
