Execute manually vs. automation - Different results

Hi,

we have built a workflow that recognizes the content of a CSV based on the filename and then imports the content into a database.

When we run the workflow manually it works perfectly.

When we enable automation, there are always different results. Sometimes items are missing. Sometimes the process does not work at all.

Does anyone have an idea what this could be?
As I said, manually the workflow works 100%. We do not understand it.
There is no error message.

Hey @Eric_Hoetzel,

Can you share a bit more like the workflow you are using, some sample data or maybe some execution screenshots from the successful and failed runs?
