I’m on a paid monthly subscription and my execution count is not being reset to zero. I’ve already contacted support and was told the reset was done, but the count is still not showing as zero.
Can anyone help me fix this or point me to the right steps?

Have you already logged out and logged back in, or tested in an incognito window? Just to rule out interface cache. If the error persists, you’ll need to reach out to support.

Hi, I contacted support but still no response. I really need this fixed urgently as I just paid for my subscription and days are passing by with this issue still not resolved. This is affecting my work. 
@yasmine can u please provide the email via which instance was created in dm or any way to track your support ticket so we can forward message to n8n team or like your n8n instance subdomain(safest to share here)
