Execution Quota not refreshed after payment

My execution quota had finished and I emailed [email protected] for help. The bot replied - “Dear Ashwin,
Thank you for contacting us. For the Starter Monthly plan, it is not possible to pay early or buy additional executions before your next monthly cycle—the quota will automatically reset at the start of your next billing period. If this is the first time you’ve reached your limit, we can escalate your request to our team to offer a one-time courtesy reset of your executions.
Please let us know if you would like to proceed with this one-time reset, or if you have any other questions.
Best regards, n8n Support Team” I replied in affirmative and the Bot replied -
“Thank you for confirming your request for a one-time reset of your execution quota on the Starter Monthly plan. I have escalated your request to our team, who will review and process this for you. You will be notified once the reset is complete. If you have any further questions, feel free to reply here.

But there was no answer post my revert, meanwhile the cyclic payment went through and payment was deducted, but the quota was not refreshed, I made a few requests at [email protected] but there is no reply and no help. This is frustrating.
