Hey since the last update (we are on the latest self hosted version) workflow executions are not saving executions and therefore we have no way to see failed executions and work out what might have gone wrong.
I just redeployed my instance to 1.120.1 (Docker, Self-hosted) and my executions are saving. Could you provide more information?
