I had an email 4 days ago saying that our executions had reached 80% so I reached out to n8n support ([email protected]) straight away. I noticed that there might be a bug on my (very old legacy) membership because it appeared to be counting sub-workflows as executions.
An AI replied and told me how to escalate to a human, which I did - and the AI confirmed.
But 4 days later nobody has reached out to me, and we have now reached 100% of executions - and our mission critical system is frozen.
Is there another way I can directly speak to someone from support? This is really quite urgent.
