Executions not reset after payment - Starter Monthly Plan

Hi everyone,

I am on the Starter (Monthly) plan and my executions are stuck at 2,500/2,500 and I cannot use my workflows at all.

I have already paid:

  • :white_check_mark: USD 24.00 on 14 May 2026

  • :white_check_mark: USD 24.00 on 23 March 2026

I contacted support and was told the reset was done, but the count is still full. Days are passing and this is seriously affecting my work.

Has anyone experienced this issue before? Is there anything I can do while waiting for support to respond?

Did you get a chance to update the instance to the latest stable version (2.20.9) and test again after reopening the workspace/logout-login? If the error persists, go with Kajooleng’s suggestion.

@yasmine I have passed this to the support team to look at, You don’t need to open multiple posts and if you have a ticket open with support it is normally best to respond to them there.

From what they have said this was resolved 2 hours ago so you should be good now, Please also keep in mind that execution limits are typically reset on the 1st of each month.
