The idea is:
Provide subscribers with extra information on their billing status to help them not to miss the payment date and avoid frustration if it is missed and account gets suspended. It might be important for the individual enthusiasts.
- On billing page ( n8n.cloud for n8n cloud account owners) add following:
- Next payment date: YYYY-MM-DD (current subscription expiration date minus one)
- Widget to add Google Calendar entry or download

. - Note: We will also remind you about the payment 2 business days before the due date.
- Next payment amount: NNN (based on latest payment amount, including taxes)
- Unused balance: NNN _(if any advance payments are done)
Note: We will send you reminder to pay 2 business days before the due date (or we will deduct the fee automatically).
- Send payment reminder 2 business days prior to the next payment date.
My use case:
My first recurring monthly subscription fee is due soon. I wasn’t able to find any information on what and when happens with regards to the next payment due.
