Export all workflows as separate json to a directory

I’ve searched a couple of threads and understand that the workflows are stored in sqlite in the ~/.n8n directory.

Is there a quick way to export them to json files similar to the json in the workflow pages (e.g. https://n8n.io/workflows/681)

Are the workflows basically the output of select * from workflow_entity … just want to make sure
