Facebook post not working

I post to Facebook and Instagram using the same Access Token
Instagram accepts the token and posts text and images, but Facebook does not !!! does this happen to anyone after the last 2 updates??

This is the error:

(#200) The permission(s) publish_actions are not available. It has been deprecated. If you want to provide a way for your app users to share content to Facebook, we encourage you to use our Sharing products instead.

Any idea?

You need to use a page token. Not user token.
