It could be that your Desktop URL has changed and you need to restart the desktop application then configure the URL again so that Slack knows what it is.
It is worth noting that Desktop is being phased out as well so I am not sure how long we will be supporting it for, You can find more information on this here: Sunsetting Self-hosted Team Plan + Desktop Version
