Finished Level 1 Exam - Haven't received results/certificate

Describe the problem/error/question

Hello, I have successfully completed the n8n Level 1 course exam, but I haven’t received my result or certificate via email yet. I tried to contact course@n8n.io but the email bounced back. Could you please help me check my status? My email is abdullahadil2310@gmail.com

Hi, there i have also reached Level 1 and Level 2 but got no badge here. or do i miss something? i am completely new to this forum.

1- Have you registered with two email addresses?
2- It is supposed to include a link in the email body; if you click it, it takes you to the badge board.

  1. oh … yes i did. i changed my email now to the email i used for the test.
  2. can you resend this email? do you mean the “welcome” or the “you did it” - mail

i clicked on both links for level 1 and level 2 … still not seeing any badge.
maybe i have to redo the tests with my changed email, so that forum and test-account is the same?
or is there any other solution?
