FlowOps — monitoring dashboard for your n8n instances (looking for 3–5 free pilot users)

I manage several n8n instances (mine + clients’) and kept finding out about broken workflows from the clients themselves. So I built FlowOps: it polls your instances every 5 minutes and shows every workflow as Healthy / Degraded / Failed — with the failing node, the actual error message, a probable cause, and email alerts only on state changes (break + recovery, no spam).

It’s read-only: you connect an instance with a read-only API key, sent over HTTPS and encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM). It never edits or runs anything.

The pilot is free — I’m looking for 3–5 people who run n8n on a VPS/cloud (it needs to be reachable over HTTPS) and are willing to tell me honestly what’s missing. Setup takes ~2 minutes: create account → paste instance URL + read-only key → done.

Independent project, not affiliated with n8n. Happy to answer anything here.

Tech stack, if anyone’s curious: Next.js + Supabase (RLS multi-tenant) on Cloud Run, polling the n8n public API read-only every 5 minutes. Happy to share details about the health-state model (Healthy/Degraded/Failed) too.
