The offer: pick one workflow. Fixed $150, delivered in 48 hours. If it doesn’t do what we agreed, you don’t pay.
No retainer, no paid discovery, no scoping document. You describe the task, I tell you within the hour whether it’s a fit, then I build it.
What a $150 pilot usually looks like
- WhatsApp or Instagram DMs handled by an AI agent — answers FAQs, books a slot, logs the conversation
- Supplier invoices (PDF/email) parsed and pushed into Sheets, Airtable, or your accounting tool
- Website form → AI qualifies and summarises the lead → instant WhatsApp/Slack alert + CRM record
- Daily 8am digest: yesterday’s orders, tickets, or spend, summarised by AI
- Email triage — classify, route, draft replies for approval
- Scrape → enrich → dedupe → into your CRM
If your idea is bigger than a day’s work I’ll say so upfront and quote it properly, rather than stretch it into a pilot.

After the pilot
If it works and you want more, full builds run $800–2,500 depending on scope, and there’s a $200–500/month care plan for monitoring, fixes, and changes. Neither is a condition of the pilot.
One thing that might matter to you
Bilingual English/Arabic, including Gulf dialect. If you need a WhatsApp agent that talks to customers in Arabic and doesn’t sound machine-translated, that’s a specific thing I’m good at.
Not a fit for
- Anything requiring an unofficial API, or scraping a platform that forbids it
- Full SaaS product development — this offer is automations and integrations
- “Build me an AI agent” with no defined task. Bring me a specific job a human currently does by hand.
