[For Hire] n8n + AI workflows, production-ready — Spanish/English, EU-based

Hi — I’m Patricia, based near Lisbon (EU). I build n8n workflows with Claude and run them in production.

What I’ve built and run myself:

  • A Telegram AI agent that writes on-brand content and files every piece into a Google Sheets editorial calendar, with a scheduled morning digest of what’s due
  • A public form → AI qualification → CRM row → instant notification pipeline, with drafted replies in three languages

Both are live. Both have access control, retries on the API calls, and a shared error workflow that alerts me on Telegram when an execution fails. The workflows and the documentation are public: GitHub - patricia-nine/n8n-ai-automations: Two AI automation systems built with n8n + Claude, running in production for my own business · GitHub

What I can help with:

  • Building or fixing n8n workflows — Claude/OpenAI nodes, Google Workspace, Telegram, webhooks, forms
  • Adding error handling, retries and monitoring to workflows that already work but fail silently
  • Async diagnosis and a written report — no call needed if you’d rather not have one

I’ve also built an MCP server (~350 tools, 1,500+ automated tests), so I’m comfortable with MCP integrations.

Languages: Spanish (native), English (written). I’m a registered freelancer in the EU and can invoice properly.

Rates: from $40/hour, or a fixed price per project — tell me what you need and I’ll quote it.

Hey Patricia,

Impressive work — the Telegram AI agent with editorial calendar sync and the multilingual qualification pipeline both sound production-solid, especially with the shared error workflow.

I run an n8n + Claude practice and can plug in where you need extra hands:

Build and extend n8n workflows (Claude/OpenAI, Google Workspace, TG, webhooks)

Add retries, error branches, and TG/Slack alerting to silent-failure flows

MCP server integrations and Claude API agentic setups

Async diagnosis reports on broken or flaky workflows

Overflow delivery when your pipeline gets tight
