What I work with: n8n, Make, Vapi, Retell, Bland, Twilio, Airtable, Next.js. Comfortable with HTTP request nodes, webhooks, API auth and the annoying parts like pagination and retries.
Recent build: an inbound AI phone dispatcher for HVAC and plumbing contractors. It answers the call, qualifies the job, writes it into Airtable and triggers a follow up sequence if the estimate goes cold. Runs on Vapi, Make, Twilio and Railway with a Next.js dashboard on top. I also built a separate estimate recovery system in Node that runs day 1, 3, 5 and 10 follow ups on quotes that never got a response.
Best fit for: anything voice related, lead capture and speed to lead, CRM and system integrations, or cleaning up a workflow that half works and keeps breaking.
I’m in US Eastern time and available for calls most afternoons. Project based or hourly, whatever makes sense for the scope.
