Hi everyone :waving_hand:

I’m an n8n automation developer available for freelance / project-based work, remote. I focus on building production systems that actually run for real clients — not disconnected demo workflows.

What I build:

  • End-to-end n8n workflows connecting forms, Google Sheets, email (SMTP/Gmail) and SMS
  • Webhook-driven automations (e.g. confirmation/cancellation buttons that update a live sheet in real time)
  • Scheduled workflows (reminders, reports) with filtering logic
  • Self-hosted n8n setups on a VPS (Hetzner + reverse proxy)
  • Google OAuth / API integrations, error handling, and clear documentation

Recent real-world project — appointment & lead system for clinics:
I designed and deployed a complete system for medical/beauty practices that:

  • Captures every booking request via a form → logs it to the client’s own Google Sheet → sends instant email/SMS notifications to both the business and the customer
  • Sends automated next-day reminders with confirm / cancel buttons — when a patient clicks, the system writes the response back to the correct row and shows a thank-you page. This lets the business know in advance who’s coming and fill the gaps.
  • Generates a monthly report (total requests, after-hours requests, reminders sent)
  • Runs fully self-hosted, data stays in the client’s own Google account, my access is revocable with one click

Everything is tested node-by-node, timezone-correct, and documented so the client isn’t locked to me.
