I built and maintain a SaaS platform for the restaurant industry. The entire backend runs on self-hosted n8n (Hetzner VPS) with:
- 300+ active workflows running unattended since late 2024
- PostgreSQL as system of record with 163 row-level security policies for multi-tenant isolation
- Redis queue mode (1 main + 3 workers) in Docker Compose
- 30+ AI agents orchestrated via Claude API (Opus for complex reasoning, Sonnet for routine tasks)
- pgvector for semantic memory and RAG pipelines
- Voice AI integration (ElevenLabs) with booking webhooks
- Daily canary tests and watchdog monitoring via Telegram
- Full audit trail, retry logic, and error isolation per workflow
Everything is documented well enough that another developer could pick it up.

- PostgreSQL — RLS policies, migrations, performance tuning, pgvector

- Web scraping + lead gen — built pipelines that process 2000+ businesses per run with AI classification and human-in-the-loop approval
- Voice AI — ElevenLabs agents with booking/calendar integration
- SEO automation — technical audits, schema markup, Core Web Vitals, AI search optimization (GEO/AEO)
- DevOps — Docker, nginx, Hetzner, SSL, backups, monitoring
Background
24 years in hospitality operations (started at 15, worked my way through restaurants in Sweden, Norway, and hotel management). Sommelier certification, F&B Management degree. Started building tech tools for the industry in early 2025 because I got tired of how much time goes to admin instead of guests.
I’m not a traditional developer — I’m someone who understands business operations deeply and builds systems that actually solve real problems.
What I’m looking for
