I build one n8n workflow at a time, from a signed written scope to a tested handover, in five business days for $1,500 fixed.
What that means in practice. You tell me the workflow: what kicks it off, what it touches, and what should land at the end. I send back a written specification with the scope, the objective acceptance tests, the price and the delivery date. Nothing starts until you sign it.
Then I build it in your own accounts, on your own instance. I test it against the failure paths, not just the happy path: duplicate runs, retries, partial failures, and the fields that arrive empty when someone fills the form in a hurry. You get the working system, the test evidence and a runbook, plus seven days of specification-defect support.
The five days start when the signed scope, the credentials and usable test data have arrived. Not when the invoice is paid.
Everything is in writing. The written intake replaces call booking, so there is no discovery call unless you want one.
What I do not do: no SLA, no on-call cover, no outcome guarantee. One workflow, one scope, one price.
Agency work can stay white-label. You keep the client relationship and the commercial terms, I stay behind the scenes, and the handover is documented for whoever ends up operating it.
