I’m an applied AI engineer based in Lisbon (Portugal, EU) opening up 15-40h/week of capacity for contract or retainer work in n8n + AI automation. Posting here because n8n production work is my core discipline and this community is the most signal-rich place I know for it.
Production track record using n8n at the center:
- TheFacio (thefacio.com) multi-tenant WhatsApp AI customer service system for Portuguese restaurants. n8n self-hosted (Hetzner, Docker) orchestrating Claude Sonnet for intent classification, RAG over Supabase pgvector, Google Calendar integration for bookings, outbound scraping pipeline via Google Maps Places API → Claude enrichment → CRM. Cloudflare Workers proxy Anthropic API calls to keep credentials out of n8n. Live with paying clients.
- DocFlow - vision-AI document pipeline for a PT distribution enterprise (NDA). GPT-4o Vision + Claude Sonnet extracting structured fields from supplier invoices and shipping guides, validating against business rules, writing to SAP via API. n8n orchestration, Postgres audit trail. Production.
- UNREAL Docs - Portuguese invoice extraction SaaS with confidence cascade pipeline (QR Code → PDF text → supplier templates → cheap model → vision). SAF-T export validated against PT tax authority. Multi-company firm management for accountant distribution.
- Almi - AI-native HR operating system for Portuguese SMBs. Not n8n-centric (Next.js + Supabase + Claude), but production proof of multi-tenant AI architecture with non-technical co-founder ownership of prompts layer.
