I do two things, both async and fixed price:

  1. Loop Autopsy: a written diagnosis of a workflow that breaks, or worse, keeps running while the output goes wrong. You send a sanitized JSON export plus 7 days of execution logs, I return a report within 48-72h of the package being complete: 25-point checklist across triggers, error paths, silent drift, cost and observability, findings ranked by severity, top 3 fixes, and a 30-day plan. You apply changes yourself, I do not touch your instance. One autopsy covers one process on one platform, up to 3 connected workflows or 40 steps, on 7 days of run history. First 3 slots $149, then $249.

  2. Loop Care: monthly monitoring for workflows that “run green” but nobody checks what they actually produce. Content-level canary checks (not just status), dead-man switch on schedules, alerts, plus a monthly written health check. Care covers up to 3 loops. It is monitoring, not repair: you get the alerts, the monthly written health check and the setup instructions for the canaries, which you connect yourself. No changes on your production, no 24/7 response, no SLA. Founding $199/mo, then $299/mo.

Background: I run an independent measurement and monitoring operation full time. Canary checks, freshness anchors and audit trails are my daily work, and I publish what I measure in the open, where anyone can check the method. The one thing most monitoring misses, and the reason I built this: a run that succeeds technically and still does the wrong thing. Plenty of tools catch crashes. The harder question is whether the runs that finished produced the right result, measured against your business condition and not just the schema. That comparison is the part I do.

Not a build shop. If you need someone to build new workflows, plenty of great people in this category. I come in when something already runs and you want to know why it broke, or make sure you find out before your client does.
