‘Forgot my password’ doesn’t work

Hello everyone,

I'm using the n8n free trial. After a bug, I cleared my browser cookies and was logged out of the instance, and now I can't log in again using the original email and password I set.

When I try to log in, I get the following message:
"Problem logging in – Incorrect username or password. Do you have Caps Lock enabled?"

And when I click "Forgot my password" and enter my registered email, I get:
"Recovery email sent
We've emailed my email (if there's a matching account)"

The problem is that no recovery email has arrived, nor has the welcome email from when I registered (I think I must have deleted it). I can't access my account to continue working on my automations.

Remember, the free trial hasn't ended yet; I still have several days left.

I would really appreciate any help on how to regain access. Thank you in advance!

Running n8n via: Cloud
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hey @Lucas_Holanda ,

  • Are you sure signed up with that email? Could it be you misspelled you email and never received any email? Normally you should have received a couple of emails in the first days.
  • Did you check your spam/junk folder?
  • Otherwise, you might have contact n8n support

I am having the same issue and on two unique email addresses
