Forms Node form: Rating scale possible?

Hey everyone,

I have a question about the Forms Node form.
Possibly more feature requests, but I wanted to ask here first.

Is there a possibility somewhere in the Forms Node form to use a rating scale like here:

So that directly on the numbers 1-5 (or 1-5 stars) can be pressed, and then a number (1-5) is output on it with the data?

Unfortunately I couldn’t find anything about this, but otherwise I would submit it as a feature request. Maybe one of you is smarter

Thanks. And yes, but thats not a good solution for customer feedbacks.
I think I will open a feature request. Think this could be interesting for companies using a form for feedbacks
