I’m looking for a French-speaking n8n freelancer or agency to take over an existing automation system in production for a client in the training / education sector (dental training).

This is both a handover and a growth opportunity.

Current setup

  • Automations built with n8n

  • Live production system

  • Webhook-based intake

  • Decoupled workflows (not monolithic)

  • Stripe used in real production context

Growth opportunities

The client is actively interested in:

  • Post-training review / feedback automation

  • Document sharing workflows

  • Possibly more as the business evolves

She is also open to:

  • Moving toward a platform-based solution (e.g. Arlo)

  • Having someone set up and manage the client portal
    (she does not want to build or maintain it herself)

What I’m looking for

  • Strong n8n experience

  • Comfortable taking over existing workflows

  • Experience with Stripe in production

  • French-speaking (client-facing)

  • Able to fully take ownership after a short handover

Handover

  • Short and structured (1–2 weeks max)

  • Workflow exports + explanations

  • Clear cutoff: after handover, you own the system and client relationship

This is a perfect fit, I am a French-speaking automation developer with strong, hands-on experience in n8n.

In my last role, I built several complex workflows from scratch, but also audited and took over existing automations, so I’m very comfortable with the handover process you described.
