Are you behind a firewall/proxy ?
You’re having ssl errors
If you have your own certificate try updating your docker command

No, I am not behind a proxy or firewall.
I’m using the official Docker image with a startup license. Other service nodes like OpenAI and Google are working fine — the issue only occurs with the Freshdesk node, where I’m getting SSL errors.

So I suspect this might be caused by an outdated certificate in the base OS of the Docker container.

A couple of questions:

Do you also provide official docker-compose files so we could build the image ourselves?

Has no one else reported this issue with the Freshdesk node?

I’m just trying to open a ticket — but so far, no luck.
