FTP dumping without overwriting the current uploaded

I have FTP node and it keeps overwriting the previous uploaded file in my FTP folder, may I know what I need to check or change on my FTP settings to keep the previous file without overwriting it and make the ftp folder as dumping folder for FTP uploads?

Hey @rodskie123,

Quickest option would be to add a datestamp to the filename or make a folder for each day. You can do this using the Date and Time Node. Example below shows a quick example of the sort of thing you could do.

Hi Jon, may I know if is it possible to keep the original filename when the file transferred to FTP?

I think I found out the solution, I use the binary details as expression and it transferred without overwriting the file and keeping the original filename , appreciate your help cheers!
