Got it. Before moving channels, let’s get the shape of the project here so I don’t waste your time.

Please post the first pass:

  • what the product does and who uses it
  • current stack, or say greenfield if nothing exists yet
  • the first module or integration you want shipped
  • rough deadline and timezone overlap

Most full stack hires can write tickets. Fewer can step into several active builds, figure out what is actually broken, protect the codebase from messy decisions, and keep delivery moving without needing constant hand-holding. That is where I would be useful to your team.

I have worked across React, Node.js, WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce, AWS, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Stripe, Authorize.net, OpenAI integrations, REST APIs, mobile apps, and production SaaS platforms. More importantly, I have taken over messy systems, stabilized incomplete products, built new platforms from scratch, and worked inside real business constraints where code quality, communication, and judgment matter.

Here is how I would approach joining your projects:

  • I would first review each active project separately, because several projects usually means different levels of urgency, technical debt, and risk.

  • I would ask for repo access, staging access, current task lists, and deployment notes before touching production code, because I need to understand how the work is currently organized.

  • I would identify which projects are live, which are pre-launch, and which are blocked, because a live production system needs a much more careful workflow than an early build.

  • I would review the frontend structure first, including routing, state management, component patterns, API calls, and responsive behavior, because that usually exposes whether the project is clean or patched together.

  • I would review the backend second, including authentication, database structure, API design, permissions, background jobs, payment logic, and third-party integrations.

  • I would check the deployment setup third, including hosting, environment variables, staging, production, logs, backups, and release process, because weak deployment discipline creates problems even when the code is good.

  • I would separate urgent fixes from feature work, so the team does not mix production bugs, incomplete requirements, and future improvements into one confusing pile.

  • I would keep commits small and reviewable, because multiple developers working across multiple projects need clean handoffs.

  • I would document what I change, what I find, and what still needs attention, so the team has visibility instead of just getting vague updates.

  • I would push back when requirements are unclear, because guessing is how projects become expensive and unstable.

I built a full SaaS operations platform for a home service business that needed to replace disconnected tools with one system. I handled the React and Node architecture, role-based access, project management workflows, photo documentation, subscription structure, and backend logic needed to make the platform usable for real field and office operations. That ties directly to your need for experienced full stack help because it required building across the frontend, backend, database, permissions, and operational workflows, not just completing isolated tickets.
