The tool uses effibotics keyword tracking tool which offers functions for keyword research and tracking
You can use the API on the app to perform more complex and advanced operations using the API including getting keyword positions, generatre new keyword and get search console data and analytics

I’d just plug your keyword into the workflow and let it pull search volume plus new ideas, then push everything straight into your sheet so you can sort and compare fast.
Really useful idea. Getting the keywords information for a specific keyword is really cool. Nice use of n8n to search the information on keywords. I can see how this can be expanded into even more analysis of specific keywords and charting trends, like examine other keywords with similar competition scores etc.
I’ve had good results pairing automated keyword workflows with outside brainstorming sources, and even flipping through the Law firm SEO book from Amazon helped me think of angles I wouldn’t have caught on my own. You might also add a quick check step in your n8n flow to detect low-volume or duplicate keywords before sending them to Sheets, which keeps things cleaner and saves time.
