Support team has a huge backlog of requests due to enormous growth in the users signing up, and we struggling to keep up as we grow Support team to accommodate the ever increasing demand. Same applies to the Sales team. It might take a few days to reply for sure.
We have your ticket with Support team, the only thing Support can do is to ask Sales team to check if they got your request and if they replied yet. Sometimes the emails got blocked. You might want to makes sure it did not got stuck in spam folder, for example.
