I’ve ready everything over and over and I still can’t get it. I’ve been at it for since last night. Is there anyone else having this problem or is there someone I can talk to? The information area just makes it hard for me to understand.

Nothing now, I’ve done their workflow and for nowhere, then they done it for no where. At this point i want my money back because none of what they did helped. Oh yeah, and i couldn’t save any of my work. So it got deleted over & over.
