I try to make an AI Agent that respond to my mail and book my google calendar.
It works fine but the AI Agent book events when i am busy with others events !
I think i missed something but i don’t find…

Its strange, when i use the CHAT Trigger, it works, i can’t book an event if there is already another, but when i use the Gmail trigger, it book the event even if i have already an event :
“You are scheduled for an appointment tomorrow (June 5, 2025) at 3:15 PM. Below is the email confirmation. \n\n—\n\nSubject: Confirmation of Appointment\n\nDear Bob,\n\nThank you for your email. I hope this message finds you well.\n\nI would like to confirm our appointment scheduled for tomorrow, June 5, 2025, at 3:15 PM. \n\nIf you have any questions or need to reschedule, please feel free to reach out.\n\nLooking forward to our meeting!\n\nBest regards,”
