Google Calendar Issues

Describe the problem/error/question

So I’m trying to use the Google Calendar to book appointements, and in the beginning it worked, then when I remove an appointement manually and ask
the Agent to check for availability, he still considers that the appointement is booked and I tried litterally hundreds of times.

I removed the calendar and then created a new one, then it keeps considering the previous appointements even if it’s fresh new and empty.
Then, when I modified the prompt to double check before giving any info nothing changes.

Other error I encountered, it also says it’s booked and confirms
booking then nothing appears in Calendar even after refreshing the page etc…
I have clarified the prompt fo the Agent to the max and now it says that there is an error while trying to Book.

What is the error message (if any)?

It seems like the appointment is already booked or unavailable.

I’m sorry, it seems like there is an error in the system.

Information on your n8n setup

  • n8n version: Latest
  • Database (default: SQLite): SQLite
  • n8n EXECUTIONS_PROCESS setting (default: own, main): own
  • Running n8n via (Docker, npm, n8n cloud, desktop app): n8n cloud
  • Operating system: Windows 11

I also switched to ID in the Calendar tool for all the tools and same problem, it says it’s encountering issues. At least now it’s not giving wrong info.
