could you try a simpler case? because the problem could be reading the text using an LLM template.
I suggest you start breaking the problem down into parts to understand if the cause is the node itself or the model that is applied within the node.
Try replacing a part of plain text with another part of plain text
So we start to understand if in your workflow the problem is the node.

from your screenshot are you using the AI model to replace the text, is that correct?

ok, so my suggestion is to try the knot without the AI features then just find and replace one word with another.
If this step works at least we are sure that the node is working within your workflow and we can take a next step.
