Why is only google drive having this issue? All the other Google credentials are logged in. this issue is only with Google Drive.

I think you need to publish the app through google console, it says it’s currently in testing mode. Try publishing the app and it should work
When an app on Google Console is in Development mode, only emails that you specified in the OAuth platform inside Audience page have access to it. Make sure to add the email you are trying to log in with(exact auth session) is a verified tester.
