So within a bookkeeping firm, we implemented n8n automation, which resulted in annual time savings of 600 hours. However, this efficiency gain enabled the business to scale up and quadruple their client list without requiring additional hires, effectively saving 2,400 hours. This translated to a wage saving of approximately $30,000. It’s essential to note that the success wasn’t solely due to n8n automation; it was also attributed to the introduction of new pre-accounting software. The n8n workflows specifically automated document management and client follow-ups, which the pre-accounting software didn’t cover.
