Above is the current set up of my AI Agent.
The features that it currently support are as follows:
- Able to pull order details from our Shopify Store.
- answer simple questions regarding our products
Here are the features that I am looking forward to add to it:
- When the AI Agent cannot answer the query, it asks for the customer’s email, summary of issue, and then sends an email to our customer service team.
- After each chat session, create a full transcript of the entire conversation that it had with the customer - This is to help me gather information for future troubleshooting and updates of this AI Agent. Also another goal for this is so I have a weekly/monthly report performance report that I can present to our stakeholders regarding the performance of this AI Agent.
- Not answer any questions NOT related to our products and services.
