Hello n8n community. first time posting. hopefully i can contribute to this community in the future. right now please im only a month into this so i know 1 or 2 bits and pieces. im trying to build a telegram chatbot that books appointmets that i can build with ease. but what im trying to do is to create a ticket system aswell. so for example if the shop is busy and you got a lot of customers yoou can tell them to go on the chat bot and get a ticket so the chatbot will inform you when your ticket number is 5 mins away. please dont laugh i know its probably a simple workflow to set up. but could someone give me quick blueprint. thank you for any help guys.
