HELP N8N TEAM!

I cannot access my workspace. I get an error message to say email/password incorrect. I have these presaved so they cannot be incorrect.

I have tried the reset password option yet I do not receive any email.

I have tried to contact n8n on **hello@info.n8n.io twice and had no response.

I am STILL being charged monthly for my subscription yet have no access to my workflow.

Please can someone help with this**???
