Hi everyone,

I’m a beginner with n8n and I’m working on a small project for a local laundry business to improve their customer experience.

The business already has a Telegram bot where customers send queries. My tasks are:

  • Connect the bot to Google Drive to retrieve information about laundry services (prices, timings, pickup/delivery options).

  • Make the bot capable of answering user queries using AI (Gemini API).

  • If a user places an order, capture the details and store them in Google Sheets for tracking.

Constraints:

  • Must be implemented using a free n8n account.

  • Use free Gemini API credits for AI-powered responses.

I’m still learning n8n, so I’d really appreciate if someone could share an example workflow or node flow showing how to connect these parts together. I can replace the credentials with my own.
