Hey folks
I’m Miha and I’m responsible for reviewing all the workflow templates that come through n8n. If you’ve ever submitted one, there’s a good chance I’ve left you a comment or approved it!
We’ve seen a big uptick in awesome templates from the community () and I could use some help keeping up. That’s why we’re looking for someone to jump in part-time as a Template QA Specialist - basically someone who knows their way around n8n, automation, and APIs, and can help review templates before they go live.
It’s a freelance job, fully remote, flexible hours, paid hourly. Ideal for someone who’s got a few spare hours each day and wants to contribute to the ecosystem. Here’s the full job description:

- Functional accuracy and completeness
- Clear value proposition and end-user benefit
- Proper use of n8n features and annotations
- Adherence to quality, style and SEO standards
Security & Best Practices
- Identify potential security issues (e.g., use of hardcoded API keys instead of credentials)

Feedback & Communication
- Reject templates that don’t meet the required standards with detailed, respectful feedback
- Engage asynchronously with contributors to guide improvements
- Re-review updated submissions and publish those that meet the quality bar

- Apply consistent tagging and naming practices for discoverability and SEO
- Flag and suggest improvements to metadata when needed
Community Support
- Help contributors understand how to best format and submit high-quality templates
- Support occasional questions or issues related to updating existing templates
- Provide insight to the internal team on common contributor pain points
