Why is it so hard to change my plan or downgrade? I have been playing email ping pong and none of it makes sense and there are NO OPTIONS to change my plan. Don’t ask me to upgrade my payment methods because it will just charge me for the $66 plan that I no longer want to subscribe to. Please some one, perhaps a human downgrade or change my account plan manually. Cheers
If I click on change plan it just takes me to the billing page and does not give me any options to chose a plan. It seem like it needs to be changed manually by n8n.
Here is the problem if there is a human who works at n8n and reads this that wants to fix a ridiculous bug with your subscription system.
The problem is they cannot charge my credit card for the $66 and until I update my payment details they will not allow me to change my subscription but if I update my payment details they will charge me immediately $66 and the whole point is I DO NOT WANT TO PAY FOR ANOTHER $66 SUBSCRIPTION.
Have you tried to change the subscription in November? As changing it in December (without the payment for December) is too late, as all payments go in advance, according to the n8n Self-Serve Terms
