Help with a Daily Newsletters Summarizer Workflow (Outlook)

What I Want to Build:

Every day, I’d like my workflow to:

  1. Fetch new emails from my “AI Newsletters” folder in Outlook
  2. Extract the full content from these newsletters
  3. Process them with AI to create a well-organized summary with categories like:
  • Latest AI tools
  • Industry news
  • Job opportunities
  • Key insights
  1. Send me a single digest email with all the important information and original links

I’ve seen similar workflows where people extract newsletter content and create summaries, so I know it’s possible. However, all tutorials I can find are for Gmail, not Outlook, and I’m not able to make mine work.

Has anyone built something similar and has a template or can offer some assistance?

i have built something like that for client of mine in past, what issue you are facing?
basically it will be something like this, starting from oauth with outlook
